The restaurant on site when we went first night of 3 day weekend they were out of burgers an other items an price high for what you get. Had I known all that we could have gone any week. We didn't know till after we paid that fireworks were canceled an parade an dance party. Its $8.00 to do the beach jumpy things an was only open 2 of the 3 days. We were told by other guest there were leaches in the karte beach. There are other things that you have to pay for an its not cheap. It was nice to have 2 pools an water slide an play grounds for free. Many times we waited for activities that just never came to be. There were many fun activities for kids Wich is why we went there but many were canceled an we weren't told. The picture looks different than the actual set up. I must say was small an the bathroom is the only bedroom, kinda of pain at night.

We stayed at the Amish cabins for $639 for 3 nights. There were 4 adults an 2 kids ages 8 an 5. They truly cared about making the place as great as possible. We saw more staff than visitors, and they were all so wonderful. The front doors were being cleaned/wiped down, flowers planted, cabins cleaned and repaired. The golf carts were all getting cleaned off, gassed up, and the golf cart pavilion was about to be power washed. Since they were starting to get ready for the busy summer season, I could see that a lot of people seemed to be doing above and beyond. I was blown away by everything they were doing. The playgrounds were all open, the jumping pillow was open, the pedal carts (bikes) were open, miniature golf was open, the arcade was open, and 1 heated pool was open. We had everything we needed, we just brought our own sheets, blankets, towels, and food.
#CAVE CABINS FULL SIZE#
The kitchenette had a full size fridge, sink, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, silverware, etc. It was a smart layout: had 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom connected to both the bedroom and the living room/kitchenette, and a lofted sleeping area with 2 beds over the living room. It was close enough to a lot of stuff, so I thought it was a very good location. We have never been to a Yogi Bear/Jellystone campground before, but I had heard good things. I wasn't sure if any of the activities would be open, or if it would be fun for my 5 year old son. It's Spring and so before the summer season starts.
